- GOODFEEL:
- Fixed time signatures marked as compound from Lime. Lime started marking time signatures as compound
earlier in the year and this information was coming into GOODFEEL incorrectly.
- Fixed Open dialogs when launched from Lime.

- Only installer changes: GOODFEEL.ini and literary and extended ASCII files:
- These files are no longer added to the installation so that they won't be removed by the uninstaller.
- GOODFEEL 4.0 is forced to be removed first so that its uninstaller won't be able to remove these files after this installation.
- Fixed permissions on these files using icacls.

- 'tenor' part interval directions are now based upon the clef that
the part starts out in.
- Minimum braille width reduced to 20 (until Lime Aloud can support
smaller displays).

so that they will now be sized properly and no information or
controls will be hidden.

- Added /gpp (braille print page numbers) command line argument to the help file.

- Updated the copy protection and made some changes in the way
the copy protection is linked into GOODFEEL. The updated copy
protection might fix some problems with some systems.

when there is more than one part.
