Lime Lighter 30-Day Return Policy

Should you decide that the Lime Lighter is not for you, you may return it under the following conditions.

Within 30 calendar days of taking delivery, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, and return shipping instructions. If the item (s) was/were purchased through one of our distributors, please contact them to initiate the return.

Make sure to include the RA number that you have been given on all packages you are sending to us. Products must be returned using the original packaging. Be sure the merchandise is packaged efficiently to avoid damage in transportation and insure it for replacement value.

Once we receive your shipment, we will inspect it to determine that all items are in good condition. Provided the hardware is in good working order, we will issue a refund for your product, excluding all shipping fees and the applicable restocking fee. Fee is $500 for the Leggiero model and $750 for the Presto model. If the packaging or any of the items or the packaging are damaged, we reserve the option at our sole discretion to withhold more of the refund to cover additional costs for accepting the return.
