If Insert+G doesn't work in Cakewalk with CakeTalking then make sure
Hide file extensions of known types is not checked.
This can be found in the View tab under Folder Options.
Folder Options can be found in your
control panel or in the View or Tools menus in any folder or Windows Explorer.
